Welcome to the Play Pickleball Club policies page. Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and fun environment for all members and guests. Please review the following policies to ensure you get the most out of your time with us.
1. Waiver Form
All members and guests must complete and sign our Pickleball Club Waiver Form before participating. This ensures everyone acknowledges and accepts the potential risks involved in physical activity.
2. Member Code of Conduct
We expect all players to treat others with respect, practice good sportsmanship, and uphold the values of fair play.
3. Facility Rules
Help us keep our space clean, safe, and welcoming. Players must follow posted court rules, clean up after use, and report any damages or hazards to staff. Appropriate indoor footwear must be worn at all times.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Members may cancel bookings within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for reimbursement. Special events and tournaments may have unique refund terms.
5. Equipment Use Policy
Club equipment is available for use during open play and classes. Please handle all paddles, balls, and gear with care. Damaged or lost items may be subject to replacement fees.
6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through registration or communication is protected under our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. Terms of Service
By using our facilities and booking services, members agree to abide by our Terms of Service, which outline acceptable use, member responsibilities, and liability disclaimers.
