Welcome to Play Pickleball Club! By using our website or services, you agree to follow these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
When you access or use Play Pickleball Club’s website, booking systems, or programs, you accept these Terms of Use. If you disagree, please stop using our services immediately.
2. Membership and Registration
You must provide accurate information when you join our club or events. Also, you must use your membership personally. You cannot share or transfer it. We may cancel or refuse memberships at our choice.
3. User Responsibilities
Members and visitors must:
- Respect other players, staff, and club property.
- Follow all club rules, including the Code of Conduct and facility policies.
- Use the club facilities safely and responsibly.
- Avoid harmful, offensive, or illegal activities on club grounds or on our website.
4. Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds
You can book online or in person. However, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your booking to get a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows do not get refunds. Also, special events may have different refund rules.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Play Pickleball Club or its partners own all website content, including text, images, logos, and graphics. Therefore, do not use our content without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Play Pickleball Club does not take responsibility for injuries, damages, or losses from using our facilities or website. When you participate, you accept all risks of playing sports.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data. Please review it before using our website.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we post the new terms on this page with the date. By continuing to use our site or services, you accept the updated terms.
